Pension Issue in NPCIL court cases , efforts of Mgmt and Fall outs since last decade and Moral of the Employees

The NPCIL was farmed as CPSE /Public sector in 1987 with all Govt money and mandates . We joined here in Aug 1988 , although we were selected by GOI and all our bond appointment etc were against preseident of India , but We are governed by Service conditions of the NPCIL.

As usual being new and fresh to Org and the start of the life took away so many things from life and at the same time giving so many things essential for running the chores. 

after three decades we wakeup and started writing to Mgmt and BOD including DAE abot pension issue , latter on since there was no faviourable responce from them w\so put up a Petition at Hon Mumbai HC . At many NPCIL sites like KKNPP KGS RAPS etc also the cases related to pension were lodged in respective HCs.

So after a delay of 08 years the Mgmt bought a defined pesion scheme to be eefective from 1.1.2007 means we are going to sacrifice 17 years of the Service to Org.  The case is still at admission stage only , this is the game of the mgmt and judicuary , we are now treated worst than a comon man as He can go to MP MLA Minister , we are controlled by CCS Rules .

Here everything is as per Central Govt like salry service condions each and everything by PF or Pension is not compared . Only PF is available to us .

We are requesting time and again to mgmt that pl. take my PF @10% GC and offer us pension which is normally half of the last pay drwan with Basic and DA .

koi sunwai nahi , koi jabab nahi, Proper channel se kahne se bhi kuch jabab nahi aaya .


Now in such conditions you can think about Morale of the employees , how are they working for NPCIL and what are the gains around . Hamne apni jawani de di company ko aur Kampany hamare budhape me hame hi lat mar rhi !

really shamefull and disghusting approach . The funny things are except CMD all are non pernsioners in NPCIL Baord from NPCIL side . Even my Training school Batchmate is Dir - HR in the Org.
